What kinds of resources can Land Transfer Navigators help farmers access during a farm transition?
In this video, Michigan Land Transfer Navigators explain the wide range of tools, professionals, and programs they connect farmers with to support successful succession planning and farmland transfer. From legal and financial guidance to conservation programs, technical assistance, and beginning farmer opportunities, Navigators help farm families find the right support at the right time. Their role is to simplify a complex process and make sure farmers are not navigating it alone.
