In this video, Michigan Land Transfer Navigators Becky Huttenga and Will Manty discuss how they support farmland transitions by connecting exiting farmers with beginning farmers, helping families navigate succession planning, and keeping farmland in active agriculture. Through guidance, resources, and technical assistance, Land Transfer Navigators help make the farm transition process more approachable for both landowners and new farmers looking for land access opportunities.
