H.O.P.E.: Humanizing Our Practices for Evolution - Kiyanna Cox Jones

Kiyaana Cox Jones is a Newark-born Creative Scholar, visionary Learning & Development leader, and sought-after speaker working at the sacred intersection of social science, well-being, and systems innovation. Known as The Kreative Practitioner, she is a creative architect of learning experiences that heal, transform, and disrupt the status quo.
A proud Howard University alumna (BFA), Kiyaana also holds a Master’s in Social Science from the International Institute for Restorative Practices and is currently pursuing a PhD in East–West Psychology. Her work bridges research, restorative practice, and relational leadership to reimagine how individuals and institutions grow. As a Learning & Development Program Director, higher education lecturer, and executive coach to K–12 and nonprofit leaders, she designs immersive programs, scalable strategies, and culturally grounded curriculum that center equity, purpose, and belonging. Rooted in faith and fueled by imagination, Kiyaana believes creativity is not just an offering—but a blueprint for collective liberation.
