As a graduate student, I examine how farmers perceive emerging agricultural technologies, how these technologies may impact the farming system, and how these technologies may evolve in the future to better fit social needs.

In my graduate work, I focus on Eastern US livestock producers’ perspectives on ruminant grazing technology, such as virtual fencing. This research centers on future projections of agriculture through the livestock community.
